TORONTO – Corus Entertainment announced today it has entered a new partnership with Kidoodle.TV.

The deal will see Corus become the exclusive representative for the kids portal’s Canadian ad inventory. “The partnership underscores the shared commitment of both companies to provide a safe environment for families, content producers and brands where children can enjoy their favourite TV shows and movies,” says the announcement.

Canadian company Kidoodle.TV offers high-quality kids’ content within a “safe streaming” platform, meaning parents can trust their children won’t see anything harmful, as each piece of content is vetted by people. Corus will provide advertisers the opportunity to extend their reach in this new brand-safe environment.

Kidoodle has three viewing options, free as a guest where there is advertising, a freemium tier which adds parental controls and more premium content, and a premium ad-free version for $4.99/month.

Kidoodle.TV has over 15,000 episodes (including a bunch of Corus-owned Nelvana content) and is available in over 140 countries on thousands of connected devices, including Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Fire TV, Smart TVs and others.
