Corus set to raise $500 million

TORONTO - Corus Entertainment is offering $500 million worth of senior unsecured guaranteed notes.Due in 2017, the notes offering is expected to close on February 11, 2010. The notes will be publicly offered in Canada, under Corus' previously filed shelf prospectus.Concurrent with the closing of the offering of the notes, Corus said that it will enter into an amended and restated credit agreement with The Toronto-Dominion Bank, as administration agent, and the lenders to establish a revolving credit
