TORONTO – Corus Entertainment announced the relaunch of TreehouseTV.com today, the online counterpart for the network’s Treehouse channel, featuring a new look and new content aimed at both kids and their parents.
The preschooler channel’s website features a refreshed design, more games and videos for kids. TreehouseTV.com has also introduced a new parenting portal called Treehouse Parents, featuring blogs, tips, articles and other content for parents. “We are excited about launching the new Treehouse website. Our objective was to enhance the existing platform where parents go with their kids to watch videos and play games, while also giving moms and dads relevant content that’s tailored for them on Treehouse Parents,” said Christina Litz, Corus’s vice-president, digital content and engagement, in a release.
The site’s new vibrant graphics have a simplified design that was optimized for preschoolers and their parents to navigate. The newly refreshed user experience was “toddler tested” by Centennial College’s Kids Media Centre. TreehouseTV.com is now also fully accessible on mobile devices.
