TORONTO – Corus Entertainment’s ET Canada and Global News Morning have teamed up with Moores Clothing for Men in support of the Moores 10th Annual Suit Drive.

The month-long multiplatform campaign is a strategic mix of traditional broadcast and online initiatives supported by social media – capturing national coverage and local market exposure – designed to fuel momentum and sustain awareness while inspiring Canadians to donate gently unused suits throughout the month.

Key activities include:

•          An ET Canada-wide search for a deserving individual in need of a suit makeover (from Moores)

•          ET Canada host segments encouraging donations.

•          “Earned media” rooted in storytelling, including regional Global News Morning interview segments with Moores store managers and donor organizations

•          Local Global News Morning show hosts rallying Canadians to donate from Halifax to Vancouver

•          PSAs with celebrity Tan France

•          Geo-targeted on-line sponsored social posts with video content in nine local markets

Jason Priestley, star of Global’s Private Eyes and the upcoming BH90210 reboot, is this year’s Moores Suit Drive celebrity ambassador.

The suit drive is a long-standing initiative helping thousands of Canadians each year by encouraging people to make a donation of gently-worn professional attire, including: men's and women's suits, ties, jackets, shirts, pants, belts and shoes at 126 Moores store locations nationally throughout the month of July.
