Corus announces voluntary U.S. deregistration

TORONTO – Corus Entertainment has announced plans to voluntarily terminate the registration of its Class B non-voting shares under the Securities Exchange Act in the U.S.The company said in a statement that it has filed a Form 15F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and expects that the termination will become effective within 90 days.
