OTTAWA – The federal government will table its much-delayed copyright bill today in the House of Commons. Expected to concentrate on new laws on illegal downloading and other online activity, expect the legislation to be a pretty hot potato for Heritage Minister Josee Verner and Industry Minister Jim Prentice.
