Construction begins on Xplornet fibre network in Brant County

BRANT COUNTY, Ont. – The County of Brant announced today construction is underway on Xplornet Communications’ new high-speed fibre-optic network, which will bring high-speed Internet to several communities in the county. The project is a collaboration with Southwestern Integrated Fibre Technology (SWIFT) and is expected to be completed, with full service available by May 2023, according to a County of Brant public notice.
