APPROXIMATELY FIFTY SUPPLIERS from the U.S. and Canada are expected in Kelowna at the 2007 Canadian Communications & Technology Trade Show & Seminars.
This annual two-day event will take place at the Coast Capri Hotel in Kelowna, B.C. on May 30-31, 2007.
Vendor and sponsorship packages are now available plus the call for technical papers for seminar speakers.
Cable companies, telcos, sub-contractors, telecommunications providers, and utilities will be invited to attend the seminars and trade show. Attendee information will be distributed in January once the seminar topics are in place. By offering a low attendee fee, companies are able to send more personnel to obtain training that would cost a lot more anywhere else, says show organizers. The vendors and sponsors provide the financial support for this show and that keeps attendee rates affordable to everyone.
“We over-delivered on our attendance expectations this year by 50% and obtained very positive feedback from the vendors and attendees who participated," said Jan Lee, JLL Associates, the host of the event. "We currently are taking technical paper proposals to be able to provide interesting and diverse seminar topics for our audience. Our industry advisory board offers us invaluable input, ensuring that we deliver information that is timely and valuable as well as a trade show that presents diverse product lines and services. There are many industry “trouble shooters” at our show that help attendees find solutions to technology puzzles."
While Lee is the host of the show, Linda Guzman of DazzleMe Productions is the event manager.
“Kelowna is the perfect location for this show. The Okanagan offers the best climate in Canada, reasonable hotel rates, magnificent golf courses and wineries. With its international airport and being within driving distance from Calgary or Vancouver, it is easily accessible to everyone.”
