Columbus International acquires Karib Cable

BARBADOS – Columbus International Inc., a Caribbean telecommunications provider, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Kelcom International Limited and some of its related companies. This is the company’s fifth significant transaction and third acquisition in the last twelve months as the company continues to scale its operations while transforming the telecommunications landscape and infrastructure in the region. Columbus entered the Barbados telecommunications in September 2012 when it acquired TeleBarbados.
