Cohen heads off to Carleton U

OTTAWA – Ron Cohen, retiring chair of the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council, is going back to school. Carleton University said Wednesday that Cohen will be joining its faculty of public affairs as a senior fellow for a two-year appointment beginning January 1, 2012.  In this role, Cohen will undertake research projects, give guest lectures, and be available for consultation by faculty members and students. Cohen announced his retirement from national chair of the CBSC in June, a role he has held since 1993.  His replacement at the CBSC has not yet been announced.
