MONTREAL – Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Communications Inc. have named Luc Noiseux as senior vice-president and chief technology and strategy officer, effective immediately.
Noiseux (pictured) joins Cogeco from Accedian Networks where he was most recently VP of research and development. He also held several senior research and development roles at Alcatel-Lucent.
At Coegco, Noiseux will be responsible for the development of emerging technology selection and deployment plans, and for the corporate strategy and strategic planning process, reads Monday’s announcement. He will also act as a partner and trusted advisor to officers and members of the senior executive team at both the corporate and business unit levels.
