Cogeco ramps up HSI speeds in Ontario and Quebec

MONTREAL - Cogeco Cable has increased upload and download speeds and monthly transfer capacity for most of its High Speed Internet (HSI) residential customers in Ontario and Quebec. Subscribers to Express 5, 6, 10, Turbo 14 and 20 and Ultimate 60 high speed internet packages will be able to benefit from the upgrade.
