MONTREAL - Richard Lachance has been appointed president and CEO of Cogeco Diffusion, Cogeco Inc.’s radio and outdoor ad division. He had been senior vice-president of the division. After having worked in the television, radio and newspaper industries, Lachance (pictured) joined Cogeco in 1999 as general manager of the Rythme FM network and 93.9 in Quebec, before being promoted to vice president, and, subsequently, senior vice president of Cogeco Diffusion.
