Cogeco Cable closes Quiettouch acquisition

MONTREAL - Cogeco Cable Inc. says it has completed the acquisition of Quiettouch Inc. that was announced on June 27, 2011. Quiettouch is a 27-year-old leading independent provider of outsourced managed IT and infrastructure services to mid-market and larger enterprises in Canada. A purchase price has not yet been disclosed.Quiettouch will be integrated into Cogeco Data Services and complement CDS' data centre, network and voice services offering.
