MONTREAL – Cogeco Cable has launched TSN2, TSN2 HD and Super Channel HD.
TSN2 and its HD twin, TSN2 HD, is a 24-hour sports digital network, featuring 800+ hours of live and exclusive major league sports action that won’t fit on the main TSN channel.
Pay service Super Channel HD provides series, movies, documentaries and music all in high definition. Starting today, these channels are now offered to the majority of Cogeco Cable Digital Cable customers in Ontario.
"As digital and HD television become increasingly mainstream, Cogeco Cable continues to invest in the technology to ensure its customers have access to the most interesting and relevant programming in the market," said Ron Perrotta, vice-president, marketing and strategic planning of Cogeco Cable.
TSN2 (channel 156) will be available to all Ontario Cogeco Cable Digital Television customers at no extra charge. TSN2 HD (channel 729) is also offered at no extra charge for all Digital Television customers in Ontario who also subscribe to the HD Access Package. Finally, all Ontario Digital Television customers who subscribe to both the Super Channel package and the HD Access Package can get Super Channel HD (channel 765) at no extra cost.
