TORONTO — The Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA) today announced Sean Porter (above) has been promoted to the position of lead negotiator and senior director of national industrial relations and counsel. In his new role, Porter will oversee national industrial relations for the CMPA and lead upcoming negotiations in what the organization expects to be a busy bargaining year, says the press release announcing his appointment.
