CMF to launch on time, on schedule

TORONTO – Farewell Canadian Television Fund, welcome Canadian Media Fund.While the CMF will officially open for business next week as planned, the new funding agency’s unofficial launch will be this Friday in Toronto. President and CEO Valerie Creighton will host a virtual townhall to present details about the program’s guidelines and answer questions. And Cartt.ca will be there too, of course.The Canadian Media Fund, a combination of the existing Canadian Television Fund and the Canadian New Media Fund, will debut on April 1, 2010www.ctf-fct.ca
