CMF investing nearly $4M in 17 digital linear series

The Canada Media Fund (CMF) announced last week approximately $3.9 million will be invested in 17 projects through its Digital Linear Series Program. The program supports digital linear series in their second or subsequent season, created initially for online platforms and in CMF-funded genres. Of the 17 projects receiving funding, 12 are drama series, four are children and youth series, and one is a documentary.
