CMF awards $3M in funding under Diverse Languages Program

TORONTO - The Canada Media Fund (CMF) announced $3 million in funding to 11 convergent projects that applied to its Diverse Languages Program.The program supports productions that reflect Canada’s diversity by funding projects in languages other than English, French, or Aboriginal languages. Of the 11 projects, three are children’s and youth productions, four are documentaries, three are dramas and one is a docu-drama.
