Clearcable Networks buys Tetraplex

STONEY CREEK, ON - Engineering firm Clearcable Networks has bought Tetraplex Ltd. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.The acquisition, which is effective immediately, will bring technical field and bench strength to Clearcable’s small and medium business services by expanding its technical service capabilities into desktop and LAN technologies, the company said Wednesday.
