PRINCE RUPERT – CityWest overhauled its website this week in a move that it says improves the user experience for customers in its markets from Prince Rupert to Houston
Featuring a sleek design, the website offers an easy-to-read guide to the company's products and services plus includes a new support section for customers who may encounter problems with their services.
Director of marketing Chris Armstrong added that the website was also built with future capabilities in mind.
“We’re going to be featuring more videos on our website in the future, and this new website will be able to handle the large data that such videos require,” Armstrong added. “We’ve also made arrangements to ensure the loading time for each page is as quick as possible, so there are no lags for the user.”
