Cingular picks Canadian company for mobile e-mail technology

MONTREAL - Cingular Wireless, the largest mobile carrier in the US, announced today it has selected the OZ Mobile Email Solution from Montreal’s OZ Communications. As of today, across the Cingular nationwide network, Cingular subscribers can now access their existing AIM Mail, AOL Mail, MSN Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail and SBC Yahoo! Mail e-mail accounts on entry-level (inexpensive) mobile phones.
