
TORONTO – Former Olympic Consortium SVP Dan Cimoroni has opened the doors on a Toronto-based client services and content development company called Cimoroni & Company (C&C).
According to the announcement, C&C is focused on connecting its clients with commercial, media and event opportunities and also offers original content development, professional services and business development. Bell Media has appointed C&C the official sales representative for CTV, RDS and TSN’s coverage of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015, and the company has also formed a partnership with Taboo Golf Course.

With over 20 years of experience in management, sponsorship, marketing and sales, Cimoroni (pictured) oversees all aspects of C&C’s operations and will manage all broadcaster and partner relationships. As SVP of Canada’s Olympic Broadcast Media Consortium, he was responsible for all revenue, marketing, partnerships and business development for the Consortium’s London 2012 efforts. He was also the VP, Business Development for the Consortium’s Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games, and held posts as the VP, Sports & Management at Insight Sports and VP of IMG Global Golf.
