CHUM Kawarthas station makes switch to BOB

KAWARTHA LAKES, Ont. – CHUM Radio’s FM station serving the cottage country region of Lindsay and the Kawarthas made the switch from Y92 to 91.9 BOB FM today. What was an A/C station serving up "Central Ontario's Best Music," to about 80,000 residents and thousands of cottagers and vacationers with a great selection, the swap to ’80s, ’90s and whatever happened this morning. “91.9 BOB FM plays favourite artists like John Mellencamp, The Eagles, Bryan Adams and more,” says the release. “Finally, the Kawarthas have a radio station that ‘gets it’ when it comes to playing music on the radio....
