OTTAWA - The Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada has reached a tentative agreement with Bell TV on behalf its 112 members who have been locked out since July 11th. "The bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of this proposed agreement," says CEP Ontario Region Vice-President Kim Ginter. Voting on the agreement will take place Thursday, October 25th and results will be made public when they become available.
