Cellphone driving ban comes to Ontario

TORONTO - Ontario has become Canada's fourth province to pass a law banning drivers from using hand-held devices while behind the wheel, after Bill 118 was passed in the Ontario Legislature on Wednesday.The new rules, which won't most likely won’t come into effect until the Fall, include a fine of up to $500 as the province joins Quebec, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador in cracking down on drivers using the devices.
