
MONTREAL — Bell dealer Cellcom Communications yesterday announced it has launched Cellcom live agent, a new video conferencing platform which lets customers connect with its stores’ agents via video call.
“Cellcom live agent is the way forward for brick and mortar stores to help customers stay safe and keep the store feeling experience,” says Gary Hutman, president of Cellcom Communications, in a press release.
With Cellcom live agent, customers can inquire about or order mobility and residential products and services via video conference from the comfort of their home, avoiding line-ups, which is a key benefit especially in the cold weather, says Cellcom’s press release.
Cellcom offers free same- or next-day product delivery in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and Kingston, Ont. With more than 40 Bell and Virgin locations in Quebec and Ontario, Cellcom is the largest Bell dealer in Canada and has more than 200 service representatives.
