This year’s winners in each category were determined by the most votes received, and, by the most votes received per capita subscribers.  With CCSA made up of various sized members, the organization said that this system levels the playing field for all.  In the event that an entry won the category using both methods of calculation, one winner is listed and one prize awarded.

“This year, more than ever, subscribers from all corners of our country told us how much they value the work our members do to create local content and provide exceptional service,” said CCSA acting president and CEO Jenny Bosien, in the announcement.  “But for us, the best thing is the exposure each and every one of our nominees received over these past few months. The Tuned-in Canada Awards has really become a platform for celebrating their terrific achievements.”
