CCSA provides details of Connect 2022 keynote speakers

SAINT JOHN, N.B. — The Canadian Communication Systems Alliance (CCSA) today provided more information about two keynote speakers scheduled to make presentations at the organization’s CCSA Connect 2022 conference, happening Sept. 26-28 in Mont-Tremblant, Que.

Shawn Kanungo (above, left) is “a globally recognized innovation strategist who previously spent 12 years at Deloitte working closely with leaders to better plan for the opportunities associated with disruptive innovation and helped hundreds of organizations on their journey to digital transformation,” reads a CCSA email alert.

Kanungo’s presentation Strategy in a World of Disruption on Sept. 27 will examine “how the business world has fundamentally changed forever and how customer and employee expectations have been pushed forward 10 years due to the pandemic,” according to CCSA’s email.

Kate Davis (above, right) is “a 12-time Canadian Comedy Awards nominee, including a nomination for the prestigious Phil Hartman Award, and is the star of her own hour-long comedy special on CTV and the Comedy Network.”

Her Sept. 27 presentation Balancing Life with Humour will see Davis use “laughter and creative solutions to defuse the frustrations in the home and workplace…Listeners leave with an understanding of practical techniques for refueling, rediscovering, and re-engaging their true selves. They also learn how to use humour as an instrument of communication to create an atmosphere of compassion, caring, and productivity.”
