CCSA names Connect keynoters

QUISPAMSIS, N.B. – The Canadian Communication Systems Alliance today announced its two primary kleynot speakers for its 2019 Connect conference scheduled for September 16-18 in Kelowna, B.C.

Monday’s main keynote address will be made by Eric Termuende, whose topic will be The Workforce Connection: It’s Bigger than Millennials and Technology.

Termuende is a thought leader on optimizing workplace culture, the future of work, and engagement in the workplace. An entrepreneur and bestselling author of Rethink Work, he is the co-founder of NoW Innovations, an organization that democratizes access to the most innovative people, culture and operational practices for HR, says thr CCSA press release.

Tuesday’s headliner is Scott Stratten, who will speak on The Customer Connection: UnSelling is the New Customer Experience. A Canadian marketing personality, Stratten is an expert in viral, social, and authentic marketing which he calls Un-Marketing. He has helped companies like PepsiCo, Adobe, Red Cross, Cirque du Soleil and Fidelity Investments find their way through the viral/social media and relationship marketing landscape and he was voted one of the top five social media influencers in the world on Forbes.com, says the CCSA.
