QUISPAMSIS, N.B. – The Canadian Communication Systems Alliance today announced its two primary kleynot speakers for its 2019 Connect conference scheduled for September 16-18 in Kelowna, B.C.
Monday’s main keynote address will be made by Eric Termuende, whose topic will be The Workforce Connection: It’s Bigger than Millennials and Technology.
Termuende is a thought leader on optimizing workplace culture, the future of work, and engagement in the workplace. Tuesday’s headliner is Scott Stratten, who will speak on The Customer Connection: UnSelling is the New Customer Experience. A Canadian marketing personality, Stratten is an expert in viral, social, and authentic marketing which he calls Un-Marketing. He has helped companies like PepsiCo, Adobe, Red Cross, Cirque du Soleil and Fidelity Investments find their way through the viral/social media and relationship marketing landscape and he was voted one of the top five social media influencers in the world on Forbes.com, says the CCSA.
