QUISPAMSIS, NB – The CCSA has completed a bulk purchase master agreement with Capella Telecommunications for Motorola set-top boxes and headend equipment.

The Peterborough, ON-based Capella Telecommunications distributes a full line of equipment for fully integrated video, voice and data solutions.
