QUISPAMSIS, N.B. – The Canadian Cable Systems Alliance has signed a master affiliation agreement with category two digital specialty service The Pet Network. “We are pleased to be able to offer our newest specialty channel to the CCSA members,” said Stornoway Communications vice-president Frank Bertolas in a release. Stornoway (which owns and operates ichannel and bpm:tv) launched the Pet Network in the fall of 2004.
