QUISPAMSIS, NB – The Canadian Cable Systems Alliance announced that it has signed a master affiliate agreement with Deutsche Welle’s new channel German TV. “CCSA and Deutsche Welle have been co-operating since 1998, when they signed a master affiliate agreement for the distribution of DW-TV,” says Farouk Muhammad, the Canadian affiliate relations rep for DW and German TV.
