CBC wins 15 awards at Promax/BDA


TORONTO – CBC took home a total of 14 medals – six gold, seven silver and one bronze – at the Promax/BDA 2005 Conference for Promotion and Broadcast Design held last week in New York City.

These awards put CBC head-to-head against the biggest and best in broadcast media around the world. Organizers often bill the awards as the Oscars of international television marketing.

Promax/BDA members together represent more than 4,200 companies and individuals in over 60 countries. Their promotion, marketing and design work brings audiences to the programming of all electronic media in an innovative and unique manner.
