CBC reaches new deal with Quebec union

MONTREAL - The Syndicat des communications de Radio-Canada (SCRC) and CBC/Radio-Canada management announced today the signing of an agreement in principle for renewing the collective agreement with the SCRC’s 1,500 members in Quebec and Moncton, N.B. The SCRC bargaining committee will recommend the agreement’s terms of settlement to union members as early as Saturday.
