CBC goes commercial-free on Christmas Day

TORONTO - CBC said Wednesday that it will celebrate the holiday season by ditching the commercials during its slate of family-friendly programming planned for December 25. The Corp, with the support of TBooth, will air limited commercial breaks starting at noon on Christmas Day for the first time ever.
