TORONTO – CBC Radio One has taken a page from radio’s past and transformed it into some interesting new programming. The station has begun airing a radio drama-satire called Trust Inc. on Thursdays at 11:30 am and 11:00 pm ET. The half hour series delves into the fast-paced media landscape and the relationships between journalists and public relations practitioners. With a focus on Leger and Pratt, a fictional Canadian media relations company whose clients consist of CEO’s, corporations, star athletes, political leaders and celebrities, the details just don’t emerge, they spin. The episodes are also available as podcasts here. www.cbc.ca/radio
