THIS YEAR WILL BE Cartt.ca’s sixth consecutive year covering the National Association of Broadcasters annual convention in Las Vegas.
The event, which begins this weekend, draws nearly 100,000 visitors from around the globe (and several hundred to the open bar at the Canadian Suite, held Monday-Wednesday evenings at the Flamingo, where Cartt.ca is one of dozens of sponsors) and is a tough one to cover as a reporter. Cartt.ca is one of a very limited number of Canadian media who attend the event.
But, this year, we’re putting it to our readers to tell us what you’d like to read about. Please let us know, via e-mail at editorial@cartt.ca, in the comments section below or even on Twitter (via @gregobr, editor and publisher Greg O’Brien’s Twitter account).
Please help us guide our coverage. Should we be reporting on trends in multiplatform broadcasting? In 3DTV? Delivering mobile content anywhere and everywhere? Trends in new broadcasting products and technology? Digital work flow techniques? Pictures from the show floor? Movie director James Cameron’s keynote? CBS CEO Leslie Moonves general session?
Check out the schedule and we’ll do our best to deliver it to you.
