PETERBOROUGH, ON – Capella Telecommunications recently announced it has been named the Canadian distributor for InnoTrans Communications’ products and solutions.

InnoTrans, based in San Jose, Calif., says it has revolutionized node splitting and fiber reclamation solutions with its Chromadigm optical transmitter. Its Chromadigm DWDM 1550 transmitter is applicable from node segmentation and hub elimination to RFoG, allowing the recovery of a large number of dark fibers for business and other services, enabling optimum utilization of the existing network.
In other news, Capella Telecommunications announced it became the distributor for Pacific Broadband Network’s optical broadband product line to Rogers, Shaw, Videotron, Cogeco and Eastlink, and other smaller cable operators and telcos.
