Canwest loses three board members

WINNIPEG – Three members of the Canwest board of directors, including siblings David and Gail Asper, have resigned to pursue other interests and to help reduce the board’s size as the company undergoes restructuring.Lisa Pankratz, who was chair of Canwest’s pension committee and a member of its audit committee, has also left the board.
