Canadians can now teach Alexa to recognize their voice

SEATTLE – Amazon said Wednesday that the ‘Your Voice’ feature for its voice-activated digital assistant Alexa has begun to roll out in Canada.Customers with a compatible Alexa-enabled device and registered Alexa account may enroll by asking Alexa to learn their voice or by using the Alexa app.  Once a voice profile has been enrolled, it will be recognized automatically across all Alexa-enabled devices in the home.To start, ‘Your Voice’ will work across Calling & Messaging, Calendar, Music, Shopping, and Flash Briefing.
