Canadian satire site gets own fake news show on Comedy Network

TORONTO – Canadian satire site TheBeaverton.com will bring its brand of mock news to Bell Media’s Comedy Network this November in a new TV series aptly called The Beaverton.The first-look promo clip of the show introduces comedians Emma Hunter and Miguel Rivas (pictured) as the co-anchors of a new fake news program, informed by real events, the cultural zeitgeist, and national news media.
