Canadian air-to-ground Wi-Fi network takes flight


ITASCA, IL - The first phase of Gogo’s Canadian air-to-ground Wi-Fi network is live in Canada, with the balance of the network expected to go live in the first quarter of 2014, the in-flight connectivity company said Monday.Gogo's ATG Canadian network will allow it to offer seamless in-flight Internet service between the U.S. and Canada to its airline partners, which include Air Canada, Aeromexico, American Airlines, AirTran Airways, Alaska Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Japan Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways and Virgin America.The network will allow Gogo to deploy connectivity technologies in Canada that include its original ATG and next generation...
