Canada to be $41 billion of a $1.8 trillion global entertainment and media marketplace by 2010


TORONTO – Internet advertising, video games, out-of-home and radio advertising will be the fastest growing segments of the Canadian media marketplace, according to a study released today by PricewaterhouseCoopers. Internet advertising will see a 18.8% compound annual growth rate between now and 2010, followed by video games at 12.5% CAGR and radio/out- of-home advertising at 8.3% CAGR.
