Calgary’s Circa Enterprises acquires Teletics

CALGARY — Calgary-based telecom equipment maker Circa Enterprises announced today it has entered into an agreement to acquire Teletics, a manufacturer and supplier of fully monitored, ruggedized wireless voice devices, also based in Calgary. Valued at approximately $322,000, the transaction is expected to be completed on or about August 14 and remains subject to standard closing conditions.
