Cabinet recommends CRTC consider banning Big 3 from last-mile fibre regime in Ont., Que.

By Ahmad Hathout The minister of Industry, via the Governor in Council, recommended Wednesday that the CRTC revisit whether it should ban Rogers, Bell and Telus from accessing the aggregated last-mile fibre regime in Ontario and Quebec.
