BANFF – Fledgling radio association Canadian Association of Radio Broadcasters (CARB) is merging with the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, Cartt.ca has learned.While the CAB has always represented radio broadcasters, Golden West Broadcasting chair Elmer Hildebrand began working on a radio-only association early last year when it appeared that the CAB would fold.
