CAB Day Three: Gold Ribbon winners

VANCOUVER - The Canadian Association of Broadcasters presented its Gold Ribbon Awards Tuesday in recognition of outstanding community service and diversity programming. The awards were presented here at the Gold Ribbon Awards Luncheon at the CAB’s 80th Anniversary Convention.
