Broadcasting vet to lead Capital Networks’ digital signage


MARKHAM, Ont. – Television broadcast and placed-based media solutions provider, Capital Networks, has hired Sean Delaney as its director of sales, digital media for Canada.

"Delaney’s key mandates will be to foster relationships with customers and authorized resellers, to increase Capital Networks’ presence in industry segments including convenience stores, grocery, financial, sports, quick serve restaurant and various franchise operations, while driving overall growth in these crucial markets," says the company’s press release.

Delaney (sdelaney@capitalnetworks.com) comes to Capital Networks after 25 years with CTV Television and Baton Broadcasting, where he was vice-president, general sales manager, CTV Toronto. He has an extensive track record in the broadcast industry including previous appointment as vice-president sales, Glen Warren Broadcast Sales, a division of Baton Broadcasting Inc.
