HALIFAX and AYLMER, ON – Bragg Communications has taken up and paid for all of the units of Amtelecom Income Fund, which ceased trading on the TSX on Monday.
As a result of the $104 million transaction, Amtelecom is now wholly-owned by Bragg Communications, the owner/operators of EastLink.
